1. Feedback Commitment: Employer agrees to provide timely, substantive feedback (within 48 hours) on any candidate introduced by HireCrystal.
2. Finder's Fee: Employer agrees that if they hire, contract, or otherwise engage a candidate introduced through HireCrystal within 12 months of introduction, Employer owes HireCrystal a 15% finder's fee.
3. Fee Calculation: The 15% fee is calculated based on the candidate’s first-year base salary (for full-time hires) or the annualized value of the contract (for contractors).
4. Non-Circumvention: Employer agrees not to bypass HireCrystal, contact protected candidates directly outside the platform process, or otherwise attempt to avoid the finder’s fee.
