- HireCrystal reviews employers before jobs are approved.
- Employers must provide accurate company and job information.
- Employers agree to provide timely feedback on candidates introduced through HireCrystal.
- Employers agree not to bypass HireCrystal or contact protected candidates directly outside the HireCrystal process.
- Employers agree to pay a 15% finder’s fee if they hire a candidate introduced by HireCrystal.
- The fee is based on first-year base salary or annualized contractor compensation.
- Candidate contact information is protected and only released through an approved introduction process.
- HireCrystal may remove or block employers who violate the process.
