Employer Terms and Hiring Standards

  1. HireCrystal reviews employers before jobs are approved.
  2. Employers must provide accurate company and job information.
  3. Employers agree to provide timely feedback on candidates introduced through HireCrystal.
  4. Employers agree not to bypass HireCrystal or contact protected candidates directly outside the HireCrystal process.
  5. Employers agree to pay a 15% finder’s fee if they hire a candidate introduced by HireCrystal.
  6. The fee is based on first-year base salary or annualized contractor compensation.
  7. Candidate contact information is protected and only released through an approved introduction process.
  8. HireCrystal may remove or block employers who violate the process.
